It's been a very strange year indeed. My youngest son recently went off to college, and it's literally the first time in 25 years, we haven't had any kids living in the house with us. It's times like this where I'm grateful we started our family when we were relatively young. I mean, I still feel awfully young! Anyway, Greg's off to Minnesota and I imagine he'll be there for the entire four years. He won't be like my Brianna who couldn't bear to be away from home. She spent her freshman and sophomore college years living here and going to community college. After that, she actually got a job about an hour away and decided to get a place with a roommate. By 20, she was better prepared to live apart from us. So the past few months, my husband and I have been redecorating the house. We have two empty bedrooms that are just sitting there, completely unfurnished. I think we will make one of them an official office. I'll get the computer and printer out of the den and put them in there. The other room we'll make into a nice guest room. The first thing I want to get is a bed-probably a double.
