Pros: The best part for me about Ritani.com was that they have a chat now option so you can speak to a specialist. Those who are not familiar with jewelry will find this very helpful. You can ask general questions as well as request an appointment with a gemologist. In addition, there is an educational section on diamonds that goes hand in hand with having a consultant. Another thing I love is that you can see videos of the diamonds and not just pictures. That made a huge difference for me when I went to order something.
Cons: I would say the major con for this site was that the sections were not easy to browse through. They did not flow easily and sometimes I had to hunt around for items. Item placement in sections could be better. Also, I was disappointed to see a lack of jewelry choices in all of the categories except for the engagement and wedding rings. Not everyone is going to be a bride. I wish there were more items to pick from.
