Pros: The selling process is quick and simple, and once an item is in the hands of the Apple-certified technicians at Mac of All Trade, the item is wiped of all data, physically cleaned, tested, and thoroughly prepared to be handed on to the next user - which is a lot more than most refurbishing places can claim. They also include a 90-day warranty with every product they sell, and offer free returns (minus shipping) for seven days after the product is delivered.
Cons: They do state this on their product pages, but all of the programs that usually come with a Mac product (iMovie, GarageBand, etc.) have been removed from all computers that are available for sale. Although this is required for legal reasons, it is a nasty surprise for the buyer who did not read all of the fine print.
