I'm one of those gals who care what's under my clothes. Even though no one else may see what I have on underneath, I know. For example, I like to wear nice bras. They make me feel pretty and in good shape. I don't need a lot of different ones, so I'm not afraid to spend good money when I want to buy something I know I will love and wear a lot. My underwear is a little different. Although I care about how they look, I care more about how they feel. I definitely don't like bikini underwear. I don't care for panty lines showing through pants or skirts, and if they ride up, they're so uncomfortable. I'll usually opt for thongs or "boy shorts." There's also the matter of material. Although lace can be lovely, if it's too frilly, it feels itchy. It can get annoying after a while if it's scratchy or digging into my skin. Again, I don't mind spending if it's quality or something I will wear over and over. The same applies to the socks that I buy. I am a runner and I'm very particular about what I put on my feet. I also like kitschy socks because they're fun and make me smile. HotSox.com has awesome styles, especially their artist series. The prices are dirt cheap. The challenge for me is finding out what material they're made of. I couldn't find it on the site. Also, I prefer knee length as opposed to calf length.
