Pros: I am impressed by the wide variety of cooking and baking products sold at this website. The company makes their own products from Burgundy clay. Ceramic bakeware adds beauty to the dining table, and it is very efficient for cooking. It can be used in the oven or in the microwave. Most ceramic pieces are available in bright colors, such as red, blue, yellow, green, burgundy, and others. Other baking dishes are sold in rectangular, square, and loaf shapes. There are roasters and specialty dishes in this category as well. Although I have never baked with ceramic bakeware, I would like to try some of these pieces. Ceramic is also used to make their cookware. I have never cooked with ceramic pots and pans, but if they lock in the flavor and nutrients, I am definitely in favor of them. The Tangine is a cooking pot that allows foods to simmer in their own juices through the use of an unusual lid that sends juices back to the cooking food. Emile also sells tableware in separate pieces, such as bowls and plates, or in sets. Quaint matching pitchers are also crafted to match the dinnerware.
Cons: I do not see any cons with this easy-to-use website. Categories of Cookware or Dinnerware are easily separated, and they can be found with one click.
