Perfect: The variety of the selection is incredible, and the organization is perfect. You can search by product type, beauty goal, price, or brand. The men's items section is almost as impressively well-stocked as the women's side, so if my boyfriend is ever in need of new products, I know I can find them for him quickly and easily.
Improvable: As always with online shopping, buying perfume and scented products is difficult without being there to smell them myself. The descriptions on the site are really varied in quality, and it would be a really great idea to have someone sample the perfumes and write better descriptions so that customers can better guess at what we're buying. It would also be a really great investment for them to include directions and tips for the products on their pages, so that we can be informed when it comes to using what we've just purchased.
