There are many other bad reviews about the company's inability to communicate with customers, which has turned many people off of the website. Apart from that, the website does state that some items won't have the same color, texture, or shape as advertised, which might make the item undesirable when you receive it. Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it unless it is a peorder, but even these items have a cancellation cut off, so be careful.
