About Indochino:
Jed has a blue-collar job. He works for a shipping company in operational management. It's not a job that requires a degree, although they have begun to require them. Basically, if you've been with the company over a decade, you know most aspects of the labor-intensive positions and can learn the paperwork. If you have excellent organizational and people skills, you can totally work your way into being a good manager. So with that said, he makes a really good living and loves what he does. He literally has been working in shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers except for when they require a uniform. So lately, I've been trying to convince Jed to get more fashionable, especially when we go out. If we're going out to a nice restaurant, he has one pair of slacks and a couple of button down shirts, and that's it. A nice suit would do him well. He can mix and match shirts, and these days, there's no requirement for a tie (unless the event specifies.) We looked online at several name-brand suit outlets. Everything looked pretty much the same. Then we popped on to Indochino.com. You pick your fabric and literally customize your own suit. We loved the options of styles. I didn't care for the "floral" shirts, but there were other ones that were just unique enough to be classy, but not too over-the-top to be gaudy. I even convinced Jed that he could still wear his sneakers with his new suit and still look cool.
