Positives: Payment, shipping, exchanges and returns are all highly flexible, and even on my first purchase, I felt comfortable and safe during the entire process. You have the ability to email your cart to another person, which is an option that I have always wanted on other shopping sites, but have been unable to find. There is also live tech support whenever you need it, so if you are ever confused, there will be someone there to help you immediately.
Negatives: Although this site is highly functional overall, there are still a few small style issues and redundancies that keep me from being absolutely pleased with the appearance. They also only show the current price of an item on the multi-item pages, so you have to go to each individual item page to see how much it has been discounted. This, however, has probably prevented me from impulse-buying quite a few new gadgets, so it might be an inconvenience that I should be grateful for.
